I welcome you to the Rhode Island Coalition for Minority Investment’s (RICMI) website and encourage you to call on us to assist with growing your business. RICMI provides financial and technical solutions to many of the issues inherent in today’s small businesses. Through our collaboration with various partners throughout the state including the Small Business Association (SBA) and the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC), as well as our very successful Gateway Program and Emerging Women In Business Conference held every June, we are able to enhance the level of service we provide to all of Rhode Island’s small business community.
|
One of our most important tools, the SBA MicroLoan Program provides the opportunity for all small businesses to borrow smaller amounts to handle smaller business needs. I encourage you to apply for the SBA MicroLoan Program through this site and to also benefit from the technical assistance component that is available with the loan.
Welcome again and please do not hesitate to contact us at ricmi.info@midcri.com or by phone at 401-351-2999.
Message from the Executive Director
"RICMI has established itself as the 'gateway' to
technical assistance or small business development
services. We work with a variety of community
partners with expertise in consulting and instruction. Our
staff and these agencies have experience in identifying,
assessing and advising on small business issues. RICMI
guides this process by providing ongoing follow-up
through a defined action plan. We are pleased
that RICMI’s intervention has often resulted
in more competitive and financially sound businesses.
As RICMI continues
to grow and outreach to numerous communities across
Rhode Island, we would like to have your comments
and suggestions. Please contact
us through our email address, ricmi.info@midcri.com. We
look forward to serving your business financial needs." |
